Hey loves! I know it’s been a VERY long time since my last faith post. Like I said in my last post, talking about my faith is what I am most passionate about and because of that I have a hard time getting myself to actually sit down and open up.  I am not sure if that makes sense to all of you but that’s okay! haha! But anyways here I am trying to push through all of that and update you guys on where I have been spiritually.

In the past month I have had a moment or two (okay maybe more then two) where I have felt I have let the Lord down. You know what I mean? That feeling when you feel you have failed or simply messed up? Have you ever been there? I’m sure we all have. Actually if we are being completely honest that’s me a lot of the time. We all have those moments throughout our walk with God where we feel like we have let Him down. Those moments when we are struggling with something or some sin.

But my battle this week was not only with what I was struggling with but with the lies I started to believe after. I quickly became vulnerable to the lies the enemy was feeding me.

You are not good enough.

You are weak.

You are not worthy.

You are to blame.

And even though I know those are all just lies, I still needed to be reminded of the truth of what GOD says. We may know what the truth is but sometimes we have those moments where the facts maybe different from what we are feeling. In those times we just have to sit down and separate what is true and what is a lie.

Today I wanted to remind all of you, a few things I had to remind myself.

We all have our struggles and weaknesses.

for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,” Romans 3:23

You are not defined by your failures or your sin.

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” 2 Corinthians 5:17

You are saved by grace as a gift, not because of your performance.

“God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God.” Ephesians 2:8

You are righteous and holy.

“And to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.” Ephesians 4:24

You are beautiful, you are worthy, and you are a precious creation of God.

“Because you are precious in my eyes, and honored, and I love you, I give men in return for you, peoples in exchange for your life.” Isaiah 43:4

You are always victorious in God.

“No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.” Romans 8:37

The enemy will always try to get in your head and throw you the blame but God took away all of the blame and shame when he sent Jesus to die on the cross. Just remember, you haven’t lost because you have fallen you have won because you have God and His grace.

Can't wait to keep updating you guys on what the Lord is doing!
